Maybe it’s a feeling they’ve been carrying alone for a long time. Maybe it’s simply the exhaustion of holding everything together while wondering if anyone actually sees them.
What many of them don’t say out loud, at least not at first, is that they’re tired of filtering themselves. Tired of explaining. Tired of being misunderstood. And somewhere underneath all of it, they’re quietly longing to feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe.

My private practice is rooted in over two decades of therapeutic training. I blend somatic body-centred work with numerology, colour psychology, tarot, and dream analysis. Together, we create sessions that honour every part of you.

Integrated Body Psychotherapy
At the heart of my counselling work is Integrated Body Psychotherapy (IBP) where Psychology meets the Body and Breath, developed by Jack Lee Rosenberg with Marjorie L. Rand and Diane Asay, and described in their foundational text Body, Self, & Soul.
IBP understands that we are not just thinking beings. We are feeling, breathing, sensing bodies. Our history, our pain, our joy, and our deepest truths are all held in the body, in our breath patterns, in the tension we carry and the aliveness we long for.
In our sessions, breathwork and somatic awareness form a gentle but powerful thread. Some of what IBP-informed sessions may include:
- Conscious breathwork to help release held emotions and open access to your core self
- Gentle body awareness, noticing where tension, ease, or aliveness lives in you
- Exploring the connection between physical sensations and your emotional experience
- Working with the breath as a pathway to your authentic, core self
- A safe, regulated, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome
This approach is especially meaningful for people who have felt that traditional talk therapy didn’t quite reach the deeper places. Often those places live below words, in the body itself.
Intuitive Readings: Tarot & Dream Analysis
Alongside my therapeutic training, I have spent over 20 years working with tarot and dream analysis as tools for self-inquiry and intuitive insight, drawing on the Tarot Spiral Deck by Kay Steventon and the dream symbol work of Betty Bethards in The Dream Book: Symbols for Self-Understanding.
These tools are not about prediction. They are about illumination. They help us see what is already present within us, name what we might not yet have words for, and find direction when we feel lost or uncertain.

A tarot or dream reading with me is always held within a therapeutic, body-centred container. We explore what arises with curiosity, compassion, and grounded awareness, not as fortune telling, but as a genuine conversation with your inner wisdom.

As a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, I am an approved provider with the following insurance plans:

If you have extended health benefits through your employer or a personal plan, I encourage you to check your policy for coverage under Registered Counselling or Clinical Counselling services. Many plans cover a significant portion, or even all, of the cost per session.
